A repair kit for the 7560 Roller Pump is available and recommended. It includes the o-ring under the end plate, 2 Viton seals and 8 Super Rollers. This kit replaces the common wearing parts in the Hypro 7560 Roller Pump. The repair kit is easy to install.
If your pump is losing pressure and/or it is leaking out of the shaft, this kit will likely fix those problems. However, slowly losing pressure could also indicate a weakening pressure regulator.
You can replace the rollers 3 or 4 times before the inside wall of pump is too worn and peak pressure will never be achieved again. At that point it's time to replace the entire pump.
