Hypro D30 Accessories

Various Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump accessories are available to enhance your pumping and spraying applications, including PTO Shaft Kits, Stub Shaft Kits, Pump Mounting Brackets, and Stainless Steel Pump Flanges. These kits can be used on the Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump, as well as the Annovi Reverberi AR30 Diaphragm Pump.

Notes: These items do not include a safety shield. Whenever operating a drive shaft keep your hands and children away.

PTO Shaft Kits:

The Male and Female PTO Shaft Kits (9910-KIT1702, 9910-KIT1704) can be used to drive your Hypro D30 Pump with a tractor PTO. The 1" Solid Shaft Kit (AR43857 / 9910-KIT1703) allows you to install a 1" solid shaft with keyway onto the D30 Pump if you plan on driving the pump with an electric motor and / or belt and pulley system.

Hypro 9910-KIT1702:

• 1-3/8" - 6-spline male PTO Shaft Kit

Hypro 9910-KIT1703 / Annovi Reverberi AR43387:

• 1" Solid Shaft Kit
• Weight: 2.5 lbs.
• Includes male PTO shaft adapter and necessary hardware

Hypro 9910-KIT1704 / Annovi Reverberi AR43831:

• 1-3/8" - 6-spline female PTO Shaft Kit
• Weight: 7 lbs.
• Includes female PTO coupler and retaining clamp, torque arm, mounting bracket, chains, and necessary hardware

Stub Shaft Kits:

The Stub Shaft Kits come complete with hex head metric bolts and lock washers. Your pump will have a flange with 3 bolt holes that match up to these shafts.

Hypro D30 Stub Shaft (D30-1STUBSHAFT) includes:

Pump Feet:

The D30 pump base is required if you plan on securing the Hypro D30, so the Pump Feet should be added to your order if you do not already have them. The plain Hypro D30 does not include the pump feet when you buy the pump.

Iron / Fiesta - Stainless Steel Replacement D30 Pump Flange:

When Fiesta and / or Iron-based products run through your Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump it tends to eat a hole through the 9910-450145 factory-installed cast aluminum flange. Rittenhouse has solved this issue by designing a modified version, which is made up of three parts: a stainless steel threaded nipple that allows you to attach your hose to and a stainless steel elbow screwed into a modified flange that bolts directly to the pump. It seems that Fiesta and / or Iron-based fertilizers do not have the same effect on stainless steel as compared to cast aluminum.
