Hypro 4001 Series 4-Roller Pumps with 12 V DC electric motor are available in the following models: 4001N-EH, 4001N-E2H, 4001XL-EH, and 4001XL-E2H.

Product Description

Hypro Roller Pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial transfer of a variety of fluids and chemicals. The 4001 Series maximizes volume. These models are coupled to 12 V DC motors that are driven by a standard 12 V battery.

These pumps are direct replacements for the 4001N-AEH, 4001N-AE2H, 4001XL-AEH, and 4001XL-AE2H. Hypro removed the "A" from the pump designation circa 2010.

Locking collar and torque arm come in each package. Weight: 18 lbs. (8.2 kg).

Hypro Roller Pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial spraying and transfer of a variety of fluids. These include insecticides, herbicides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and many other liquids. The economical rotary-action roller principle requires no check valves while providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps. Construction features include the Ni-Resist or the new SilverCast body and Super Rotor, 416 stainless steel shaft, sealed factory-lubricated ball bearings, cartridge-type lip seals of Viton and versatile Super Rollers (Super Rollers feature the life of polypropylene and the chemical resistance of nylon).

These systems are ideal for bulk chemical transfer, fertilizer placement, herbicide banding, nitrogen side dressing, and orchard and cattle spraying. The AE2H Models have specially designed motors for situations where higher pressure is desired.

These 4001 Pump Motor Combos can only achieve their maximum flow rate at 0 psi with the alternator driving the motor to provide 13.5 Volts This is achieved by running the engine while the pump is running.
