Hypro GS50GI Control Unit Repair Kit - 9910-KIT1732

Repair your failing GS50GI Control Unit (also known as a regulator or bypass valve) with this repair kit. Hypro calls this kit 9910-KIT1732.

This 9910-KIT1732 GS50GI Repair Kit includes:

• 1 x 9910-680470 Valve Seat
• 1 x 9910-320420 Spring
• 1 x 9910-680460 Valve Seat Retainer
• 1 x 9910-680700 Bolt
• 1 x 9910-280220 O-ring
• 1 x 9910-550350 O-rings
• 1 x 9910-390740 Buna Diaphragm

The parts in this kit include the seats and diaphragm, o-rings and the spring.

If you are slowly getting less and less pressure from your pump, it can be an indication that your regulator/control unit is worn and some of the parts need to be replaced.

If your pump has milky grey oil, you need to replace the main diaphragms in your pump, this kit does not include those parts.

This GS50GI Control Unit is found on several high pressure Hypro Diaphragm Pumps, such as the D813, D1064, D1265, D1516 and on older pumps, such as the 9910-D1554 or D110.
