Ace Pump RP-800C Cast Iron Roller Pump

High quality construction combined with a compact, low cost design on this Ace Pump RP-800C Cast Iron Roller Pump enables you to accomplish a large range of spraying, cleaning, and fluid transfer applications with virtually no hassle.

Whether used for low volume, moderate pressure applications such as field or row crops, or for spot spraying around storage bins and fence rows, this Ace roller pump delivers sufficient pressure for reaching the top of orchard trees or for penetrating livestock hair. Strong cast iron construction on the housing and rotor, thermoplastic rollers with metal cores, sealed bearings, and FKM lip type seals featured on this 8-roller pump enable you to not only pump large quantities of water, but also handle some agricultural chemicals used in weed control, brush control, insect control, and pest control applications. Some of these include herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and other common agricultural chemicals (non-glyphosate).

The addition of an optional coupler (not included) allows you to mount this roller pump directly to a tractor PTO shaft. Perfect for use on 3 point hitch sprayers and other spraying equipment for medium pressure applications involving field or row crop spraying, spot spraying around bins and fence rows, and more.

NOTE: Wettable powders will shorten the life of the rollers because of the increased friction, so it is recommended to not use wettable powders with this roller pump.

If you notice your Ace Roller Pump is declining in performance, the rollers may need to be replaced. Some frictional wear is unavoidable in all machines with moving parts, so it is recommended to replace wearing components once you notice your pump is not performing at the peak levels it was once used to.
