Newly designed for the 2023 spraying season, the Rittenhouse 120 US Gallon Watering Unit (# WATER100) is equipped with all the vital components parks departments and professional landscaping companies need to supply fresh water to newly planted turf, flowerbeds, and more.
With a tank capacity of 120 US gallons (100 imperial gallons / 450 Litres), this watering unit can be used to water newly planted turf or sod, flowers / flowerbeds, overhead baskets, fire suppression, and more. It also provides farmers and commercial growers in drought-stricken areas with a method of successfully delivering water to their much needed plants and crops. This spraying unit also accommodates to watering applications that require the mixing of fertilizer.
The low profile design of the tank provides just the right amount of visibility for it to be mounted in the back of UTVs, small pickup trucks, and trailers. The tank itself is designed with polyethylene material for UV resistance to withstand constant use outdoors all season long.
The pumping system is a 12-Volt Delavan 7871-101E FatBoy 3 Diaphragm Pump that features a 60 psi pressure demand switch. The demand switch eliminates the need for a pressure regulator and is used in situations where a set flow and pressure is required (eg. spray wands on spot sprayers). Max. 7 gpm flow. Max. 60 psi pressure. Max. 25 amps. Viton valves for chemical resistance.
Other accessories included on the Rittenhouse 120 US Gallon Watering Unit is a sleek and long lasting Hannay 1520-17-18 Manual Hose Reel with 50' x 5/8" Clear Braided Spray Hose attached and a Dramm 30" ColorMark Watering Wand for delivering water in hard-to-reach areas.
The 8' Overhead Watering Wand (sold separately) is a great addition to use together with the 120 US Gallon Watering Unit for streetscaping projects and watering large overhead watering baskets.
