Pirit Wrap-On Pipe Heating Cables

Easy to use, these Pipe Heating Cables are designed for use on metal and rigid plastic pipes only. Just wrap the Pipe Heating Cable onto the pipe, insulate it, and plug it in. A built-in thermostat turns the cable on at 38° F (3.3° C) and prevents pipes from freezing all the way down to temperatures of -50° F (-45° C).

Compared to other cables that use 7 watts a foot, these heating cables use only 2 watts a foot for 65% less energy consumption.

Each pack includes one Pipe Heating Cable and installation instructions. PVC/electrical tape, fiberglass pipe insulation, a tape measure, and eye protection not included.

NOTE: These cables are used to prevent metal and rigid plastic water filled lines from freezing. They are NOT for use on fuel lines, drain lines, hoses, or buried pipes. Fiberglass pipe wrap is required to complete the installation.
