Hypro D50 Diaphragm Pump Repair Kits

Keep a repair kit on hand so that you are never left with a broken pump. This will allow you to keep your operation moving instead of waiting for parts. Waiting for pump parts can cost you money.

If you notice that the oil in your pump has a milky color, it most likely means that it is time to change the diaphragms. Do not run the pump with oil that is mixed with spray. It will seriously damage your pump.

If your Hypro D50 is in constant use, it is recommended that you replace the diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours and replace valves and o-rings every 6 months or 1000 hours.
