The unique blade on this Japanese-made garden saw utilizes electroless nickel plating for a special surface treatment to create a smooth surface, prevent corrosion, and tree resin adhesion. The teeth are impulse hardened for maximum strength and sharpness, while being able to resist friction and remain flexible, resulting in a blade that will last much longer than competitors. The crosscut teeth are made up of two rows for durability. The edges are extremely sharp and can cut the wood fiber across the grain or diagonally. Do not use to cut along the grain.

When your pruning tasks are complete, you can fold the blade into its handle for easy storage in your toolbox or tool belt. The handle can be adjusted to two different angles to suit your cutting needs.
