Portable Winch PCA-1281 Safety Hook:

The Portable Winch PCA-1281 Safety Hook has a spring-loaded safety clasp that prevents the hook from ever slipping off, ensuring a secure connection. This is also the hook installed on all the Portable Winches. Can be used for lifting operations, just ensure the safety factor of 10:1 is achieved.

Portable Winch PCA-1282 Grab Hook with Latch:

The Portable Winch PCA-1282 Grab Hook is designed for use with the PCA-1295 Choker Chain or the PCA-1372 HPPE Rope Choker (both sold separately). The latch on the PCA-1282 Grab Hook avoids any chances of the chain ever slipping out of the hook if tension isn't applied on the rope. Fits 1/4" or 5/16" diameter chains and comes with 3 links of 5/16" chain. You can attach this Grab Hook to any 1/2" diameter or smaller rope using a bowline knot. Bowline knots are used to provide a safe and secure connection and can be untied if desired.
