Annovi Reverberi AR30 / AR40 Pump Accessories

The accessories listed below can be used to enhance your pumping experience with your Annovi Reverberi AR30 or AR40 Diaphragm Pumps. NOTE: These accessories can also be used on the discontinued Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump.

Pressure Regulators:

These Annovi Reverberi Pressure Regulators are pump mounted control units that regulate working pressure in the distribution of sprayed liquids with your AR30 or AR40 Diaphragm Pumps.

Annovi Reverberi GIC40 Pressure Regulator:

• Adjustable relief valve with glycerin-filled pressure gauge and bypass lever
• Two 1/2" HB outlets with individual shutoffs and 3/4" HB bypass
• Max. Flow: 21.1 gpm
• Max. Pressure: 580 psi
• Weight: 3.5 lbs.

Gearboxes:

The Annovi Reverberi Gearboxes can be used to attach your Annovi Reverberi AR30 or AR40 Diaphragm Pump to a 5-6 HP gas engine with a 3/4" keyed shaft. These 6:1 gear reducers can be used with 90 weight gear oil, which can be found in many hardware and automotive stores. Be careful not to put too much oil in the gearbox. The dipstick for the gearbox has a ridge near the bottom of the stick, do not fill past the ridge. The o-ring is already installed in the gear box (feel inside the ridge).

Annovi Reverberi AR1636 Gearbox:

• 6:1 gear reduction
• 3/4" straight keyed shaft
• For attaching to 5-6 HP gas engines with 3/4" keyed shafts

Annovi Reverberi AR1666 Gearbox:

• 6:1 gear reduction
• 3/4" straight keyed shaft
• For attaching to 5-6 HP gas engines with 3/4" keyed shafts

PTO Shaft Kits:

The Male and Female PTO Shaft Kits can be used to drive your Annovi Reverberi AR30 Pump with a tractor PTO. The 1" Solid Shaft Kit allows you to install a 1" solid shaft with keyway onto the AR30 Pump if you plan on driving the pump with an electric motor and / or belt and pulley system.

Annovi Reverberi AR43387 1" Male Solid Shaft Kit:

• Includes a male 1" keyed shaft adapter, mounting bracket, and necessary hardware

Annovi Reverberi AR1704 1 3/8" Female PTO Shaft Kit:

• 1 3/8" 6-splined female PTO shaft kit
• Includes female PTO coupler and retaining clamp, torque arm, mounting bracket, chains, and necessary hardware

Annovi Reverberi AR43397 Hydraulic Motor Flange Kit:

• Fits SAE 2-bolt A flange motors with 1" shaft

Stub Shaft Kits:

The Stub Shaft Kits come complete with hex head metric bolts and lock washers. Your pump will have a flange with 3 bolt holes that match up to these shafts.

AR30 Pump Feet:

The AR30 pump base is required if you plan on securing the pump, so the Pump Feet should be added to your order if you do not already have them.
