Electric Hose Reel Parts are available for your Rittenhouse-made sprayers intended for Weed Man Spraying Equipment.

The parts listed below are intended for electric (power-rewind) hose reels only. They are widely used by Rittenhouse in the production of sprayers that have electric hose reels. Used by Weed Man franchises and for use on Weed Man Spraying Equipment.

Hannay 12 V DC Replacement Motor (9915.0042)

• 12 Volt DC Permanent Magnet Electric Motor fits most Reelcraft and Hannay reels.
• Motors cannot be rebuilt or rewound because they are sealed.
• Must replace the motor if it fails (check if other electrical components are working first before replacing motor).
• 650 RPM.
• 35 Amps.
• 5 minute duty cycle.
• 56A frame.
• 104° F (40° C) ambient temperature.

Sprocket for 12 V Reel Motor (35BS11-5/8)

• Fits perfectly onto the Reel Motor.
• 5/8" bore.
• Intended for #35 chain.

Motor Mounting Plate - Electric Motor (9923.0006)

• For mounting your 12 V electric motor to your hose reel.

12 V Reel Solenoid (24022)

• 12 V solenoid for your hose reel.

Push Button Switch (9245)

• Switch to turn on and off the reel.

40 A Circuit Breaker (30055-40)

• Protects electrical circuits from damage caused by excess current if an overload occurs. Resets until overload is corrected.

Electric Reel Control Box (E1500CONTROL)

• Includes push-button switch, water-tight PVC enclosure with two 1/4" mounting studs, and 20' harness with 40 A circuit breaker and ring terminals.

Electric Hose Reel Repair Kit

• Includes the primary electrical components that are required for 12 V commercial hose reels that are commonly used by Weed Man truck mounted spraying or watering units.
