Designed for quick high volume watering applications, this Rittenhouse 1500 L (400 US Gallon) Watering Unit is equipped with all the components you will need to deliver water to much needed areas with speed and precision.
An ideal piece of equipment for professional landscaping companies, parks departments, and anyone who needs to deliver high volumes of water quickly, this watering unit is ideal to water newly planted sod and turf, flowers / flowerbeds, overhead hanging baskets, streetscaping, fire suppression, and much more. It also provides farmers and commercial growers in drought-stricken areas with a method of successfully delivering water to their much needed plants and crops. This spraying unit also accommodates to watering applications that require the mixing of fertilizer.
The powerful pumping system included on this watering unit is a reliable Kodiak PWP 2HX Water Pump, capable of achieving a maximum flow rate up to 137 (519 lpm) GPM for high volume watering jobs including water transfer and irrigation. The pump is coupled to a Honda GX120 4.0 HP gasoline engine with oil alert for extra reliability.
Other accessories included on the Rittenhouse 1500 L High Volume Watering Unit is a sleek and long lasting Hannay 1520-17-18 Manual Hose Reel equipped with 108' x 3/4" (33 m x 19 mm) Red Water Hose, a powder coated black steel frame that can withstand the elements, a TeeJet AA144A-1 DirectoValve 12V Solenoid Valve, an Underhill Magnum NG450 Hose Nozzle, and more. The Magnum Nozzle is a fire hose quality nozzle with a solid metal internal body and no plastic parts that break. The nozzle has a 3/4" (19 mm) inlet thread and produces high flow rates up to 37 gpm @ 80 psi (140 lpm @ 5.5 bar) to cater to your high volume watering applications.
The 8' (2.4 m) Overhead Watering Wand (sold separately) is a great addition to use together with this watering unit for streetscaping projects and watering large overhead watering baskets.
