Replacement Parts and Accessories are available for your Hannay or Reelcraft Electric Rewind Power Hose Reel.
The reel motor works on Reelcraft, as well as Hannay hose reels. The other electrical components are used by Rittenhouse in the production of sprayers equipped with power reels.
Hannay 12 V DC Replacement Motor (9915.0042)
- 12 Volt DC Permanent Magnet Electric Motor fits most Reelcraft and Hannay reels.
- Motors cannot be rebuilt or rewound because they are sealed.
- Must replace the motor if it fails (check if other electrical components are working first before replacing motor).
- 650 RPM.
- 35 Amps.
- 5 minute duty cycle.
- 56A frame.
- 104° F (40° C) ambient temperature.
Motor Mounting Plate - Electric Motor (9923.0006)
- For mounting your 12 V electric motor to your hose reel.
12 V Reel Solenoid (435-431)
- 12 V solenoid for your hose reel.
Push Button Switch (9245)
- Switch to turn on and off the reel.
40 A Circuit Breaker (30055-40)
- Protects electrical circuits from damage caused by excess current if an overload occurs. Resets until overload is corrected.
The reel motor bracket is not required for Reelcraft reels and is required for any reel that has a bracket permanently attached to the motor (for example older Hannay reels).
