The Portable Winch Capstan Winches models are designed solely for pulling applications. They are not designed for lifting purposes. The winches are lightweight and can be taken anywhere, making them particularly useful for forestry and industrial applications when pulling heavy loads. The Portable Winch can be tethered to any solid object: a tree, post, rock or even the ball hitch of your vehicle.
