Product Description
The 77009 Motor Speed Control allows the operator to reduce or increase the speed at which the motor turns in the hopper. This can change the spread width making it adjustable from 4' to 25'. The spreading of granular fertilizer, ice melt material and other pelletized products is therefore more able to be customized to the area upon which one wishes to broadcast their material.
The torque produced by the motor is not reduced by the difference in speeds of revolutions per minute. Your spreading power is not affected, only the width of the swath applied.
