The Birchmeier XL8-D Extension Wand (11935401) is a telescopic fiberglass lance that is capable of extending from 5' (1.5 m) to 23' (7 m) to allow for high height dusting of roofs, gutters, and other high heights.
The length and low weight of this extension wand makes it an ultimate sprayer accessory that provides precise spraying at high heights. It is completely adjustable in length from 5' (1.5 m) to 23' (7 m), and allows a working height of 26' (8 m). This helps users reduce the time it takes to treat, as well as eliminating the need to use ladders and risk injury because the user can work safely from the ground to spray high trees.
You can use the XL8-D Extension Wand with the Birchmeier DR-5 Duster (sold separately). It includes a Birchmeier # 11938901 Spray Nozzle Set, which converts your standard XL-8-D Powder Duster version into an XL-8-S Spraying version that can be used with various Birchmeier Backpack Sprayers, including the Flox 10, Iris 15, and Senior 20.
