Bahco Professional Top Pruner - P34

Developed by Bahco in 1934, the Bahco P34-37 Professional Top Pruner is a special type of pruner specifically designed to prune trees above the normal working height without the use of a ladder.

The P34-37 Top Pruner by Bahco features a fully hardened, double bevelled blade and a stamped, fully hardened counterblade for smooth cutting action, while a sap groove helps prevent the blade from sticking. The triple lever action on this pruner reduces the amount of effort required while making cuts to branches.

When used together with the Bahco ASP-ATP Adaptor, this top pruner can attach to a 1" (25 mm) to 1 3/8" (35 mm) diameter extension pole to allow high-height pruning safely from the ground without ever having to step up a ladder. Adaptor and extension pole sold separately.

This patented quick-fit system allows you to adapt the Bahco P34-37 Top Pruner to ASP or ATP extension poles. Easy to use, this adaptor enables you to quickly and easily change the tool. An adjustable clamp will fit 1" (25 mm) diameter poles. The stainless steel screws do not rust.

Bahco ATP-110-210 Aluminum Telescopic Pole:

This extension pole can be used together with the Bahco P34-37 Top Pruner when attached with the ASP-ATP Adaptor. The extension pole allows you to work comfortably on the ground with no ladders or overreaching required, with the ability to extend your reach from 3.5' to 6.8' (1 to 2 m).
